Sony - The NEW Xperia Z1 Compact Smart Phone Is Now Available In The UK
The Sony Xperia Z1 Compact is now available in the UK.
I've been to my local O2 store this morning as they put it on display.
It's almost identical in size to the Xperia L.
The design is beautiful!

This is a personal favourite of mine as back in 1998 I tried to buy the ground floor apartment next door (On the left).
I think this would make a great 'London Style' home with a change to the decor. Freshly plastered walls with a coat of white paint. I think I'd keep the mirrored walls as they create extra light and the illusion of space. I'd also consider keeping the hand painted stone block work. It may be better with a parquet floor, in a herringbone pattern, throughout the basement and ground floor or maybe a white or pale wood laminate. The banister would need replacing with an alternative. I remember seeing this property on a Central TV programme called 'Our House' back in 1998, if I remember correctly. The family bathroom needs a re-tile. It's perfectly fine as it is but I'd like to put my ideas on the place. Maybe add a few character features with a contemporary twist. As an alternative to curtains, white internal plantation shutters or venetian blinds would be great on all the windows to the front of the house.
