Sony Xperia - Evolution From Xperia U to Xperia J to Xperia L

When 'Sony Ericsson' became just 'Sony' their entry level phone of the new range was the Xperia U.

5MP camera and 3.5" touch screen.

This was later replaced by the mid-range Xperia J.

5MP camera and 4" touch screen.

The Xperia J has now been replaced by the Mid-range Xperia L.

8MP camera and 4.3" touch screen.

I wonder what the next mid-range Xperia device will be?
