The 11th Lincoln Photo & Optics Show takes place on Weds 5th November at The Drill Hall in Lincoln, the doors open 1PM - 7PM and entry is free. Bringing together the latest products and expert advice from the world's best photography brands the show is your chance to get hands on with all the latest kit including the long awaited Canon EOS 7D MKII and Nikon D750, the new Live Arena will host a rolling series of product showcases, portrait shoots and seminars from industry experts and top pro photographers and the Photography Marketplace offers an Aladdins Cave filled with all kinds of camera accessories. Alongside the show you can see exhibitions from local photography groups, the University of Lincoln and meet local pro photographers. As ever there will be fantastic show only offers and great part exchange deals - why not bring your old kit to upgrade!

Exhibitors include:
Canon - A vast stand covering everyting from the EOS 1DC and C100 pro video models, 1DX and 5D MKIII, one of the first public appearances for the 7D MKII and the full EOS camera range. A lens bar lets you get hands on with Canon's super telephoto L lenses such as the 200-400 f/4 , 500 f/4, 300 f/2.8 and 400 f/2.8. Wild Arena will be on hand demonstrating macro and portrait lenses with the help of some very exotic models. The full L and EF/EFS lens range will be on show along with Powershot compacts and Pixma printers plus top photographers offering tips and advice on getting the best from your kit.
Olympus - Top fashion and portrait photographer Damian McGillicuddy will be on hand to guide you through Olympus' OM-D range of cameras and lenses, including the new 40-150 f/2.8 pro lens announced at Photokina. The latest PEN and Stylus compacts will also be on show.
Sony - An interactive stand showcasing the speed and performance of Sony's SLT, NEX and Cybershot cameras including the A7R, A77 MKII, A6000 and RX100 MKIII. Meet pro photographer Michael Wayne-Plant and view an exhibition of his work, all shot on Sony products.
Nikon - See the new D810 and D750 pro models along with the full Nikon DSLR, Lens, flash and Coolpix range.
Panasonic - All the latest cameras from the Lumix range including the LX100, GH4 and GX7 along with the full lens range and Lumix compacts.
Fuji - The full X series range of cameras and lenses including XT-1 and X Pro-1.
Sigma - Try the full lens range including the new 150-600 S lens.
Manfrotto/Lastolite - See the range of camera bags, photo tripods and heads alongside studio lighting set ups and accessories.
Lowepro - A large range of cases, messenger bags and photo rucksacks.
Intro2020 - Tamron lenses, including the 150-600 superzoom, Metz lighting and flash, Tamrac photo bags and rucksacks, Hoya filters, OpTech straps and new innovations such as Lytro cameras and the 360 Fly - a 360 degree HD video camera!
Hama - Sandisk memory cards, Celestron astro and field scopes and binoculars plus a huge range of photo accessories.
Hahnel - Batteries, chargers, grips and accessories.
Swarovski - Highest quality binoculars, scopes and digiscoping adapters.

1.20PM - 1.50PM - Canon EOS 7D MKII showcase with writer and pro photographer Dave Newton.
2.00PM - 2.40PM - Portrait photography with Damian McGillicuddy and Olympus.
2.50PM - 3.10PM - Manfrotto tripods, heads and camera bags - product presentation.
3.20PM - 3.40PM - Animal photography with Wild Arena and Canon.
3.50PM - 4.20PM - Canon EOS 7D MKII showcase with writer and pro photographer Dave Newton.
4.30PM - 4.50PM - Michael Wayne-Plant - a talk on street photography and an exhibition of his work, in association with Sony.
5.00PM - 5.40PM - Portrait photography with Damian McGillicuddy and Olympus.
5.50PM - 6.20PM - Canon (details TBC)
6.30PM - 6.50PM - Lastolite studio kit - product demonstration.
