Redrow built a development of 'Debut' homes in 2006 / 2007 in Stoke-on-Trent.
I still think they're a beautiful design (Debut 3). The master bedroom and shower room are on the lower floor with the open plan living / dining / Kitchen on the upper floor. The ceiling, over the main living area, has been taken all the way up to roof level to create more space and light, with the large window over the Juliette balcony.
They have various designs but this one is my favourite.
Occasionally they come on the re-sale market.
There were similar developments near Birmingham and Burton-on-Trent.
